This southeastern province mostly borders the Sea of Rage. Dar Ulatesh is the capital and main port, and the only authorized entry point for foreign traders and visitors. This also makes a breeding ground for criminals and dissidents, necessitating the presence of Thousand Eyes agents. South of the port are the Aventus Islands, nominally part of the province, but mostly used for naval operations by the Harmonious Sail.
