The Cults of the Dragon Below are not an organized religion; even the mention of organization brings a scowl to the face of any of these cultists. The cults are loosely grouped by their mutual chaotic worship of the entities trapped in Khyber: the daelkyr the Lords of Dust, their subsidiaries and proxies, and any other irrational power that resides below the earth.

The Cults are distinct because they are rumored to have infiltrate high levels of government and religious institutions, and even some of Dragonmarked Houses.
