This criminal organization in Sharn is known for its extensive changeling membership. The Tyrants deal mostly in prostitution and identity theft/creation. Its bordellos are famous throughout Khorvaire, where their changeling whores can reproduce almost any scenario. Their identity business is a natural extension of their abilities: you can erase your old, fugitive identity, gain a new, reputable identity, or steal and tarnish an enemy’s identity. Most of the work is quality forgeries and impersonating people from the identity’s “life,” but the gang also employs “face sculptors,” a profession combining cosmetic surgery and transfiguration magics.

Because of their abilities, the gang holds a steady truce with the Boromar Clan, and its services rarely overlap with Daask or House Tarkanan.
