The capital of the elven nation is not a metropolis (population 16,400) or seat of government, at least by Khorvaire’s standards. To the elves, it is a place to honor their triumphs, their ancestors, and a place to trade and sell their trophies and prizes. Built (or rather, grown) by the powerful druids of the Valenar, the walls are a thick weave of densewood, razor-sharp brambles, as well as being over ten stories high.

Although he spends much of his time with warbands, High King Vadallia does call the city home, and keeps court on an irregular basis.
