These 17 representatives rule over most aspects of public life in Sharn. They hold the power over taxation and the Sharn Watch, the final say on legislation, and the appointing of government officials. They also appoint the Lord Mayor of Sharn (still Cathan ir’Demell after 20 years), who handles daily administration, oversees foreign trade agreements, acts as a liason with the Brelish Crown, and is the final word in local law enforcement.

• Middle: Doran Cantar, former advocate known for his honesty and backing from Host clergy
• Lower: Shassa Tarr, adept negotiator from the shifter merchant community

• Upper: Bestan ir’Tonn, halfling barrister with ties to the Boromars
• Middle: Dalaina Ironhand, hard-nosed merchant representative with no love for the Boromars
• Lower: Kilk, mysterious merchant with ties to King’s Citadel
