Although Queen Aurala is not the most powerful player in Khorvaire, she has used Aundair’s magical superiority and a relentless approach to information to keep the small country form being swallowed up. Her key tool is an order created in the latter part of the Last War, the Royal Eyes of Aundair. Like any intelligence agency in Khorvaire, they use magic to augment their work, but the Royal Eyes have the most advanced magicks available, being supported by the Arcane Congress with alumni, materials, and research.
