This council is the ruling political body in the Mror Holds, and has representation from every dwarven clan, except House Kundarak (because of conditions in the Korth Edicts). They are based out of Krona Peak.

While administration of public services are a part of the Council’s work, they are more like a corporate board than a government body. Torlan, head of the Mroronan clan, serves as the arbiter of the council, mediating conflicts and carrying veto power on important proposals.
