Carved out of the canyon wall in the east of the Talenta Plains, Gatherhold serves as an impromptu capital for the nomadic halfling nation. Most of the year, it houses about 2,300 people, many engaged with House Ghallanda’s central enclave. But during the time of the annual festival, the population can swell to almost 100,000.
